Práter Residence Apartman Budapest

Prater Residence is located in a new built 6-floor building in Corvin-negyed. There are 12 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments, most of with own balcony. The spacious living rooms with the dining table and fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee/tea maker and all accessories to prepare your meal) makes your stay in Budapest more enjoyable. In the bedrooms there are two single beds, separated or next to each other like a double bed. The bathrooms are with bathtub and in some of our two-bedroom apartments there is an extra toilet as well. In each apartments there are two sofas in the living room, which can be transformed to two standard beds, so it is possible to accommodate 4 people in one-bedroom apartments and 6 people in two-bedroom apartments.
The sound-proof walls make your stay in our house more relaxing. Free wifi and smart TV are also available.
We would be pleased to welcome visitors on any occasion. Hope you come to see our beautiful city of Budapest, but if you are on a business trip, college exchange program, or training, our serviced apartments are also the perfect choice. The apartments are ideal for families (we also provide baby cot on request), group of friends as well as couples and business visitors.
