"Bloc nou,centrala proprie, lift, balcon inchis,"

"Nu exista router iar cablul tv nu functioneaza, nu este decât o pilota desi am facut rezervare pentru 4 persoane, iar cand am sesizat persoana responsabilă de aceste nereguli, ni s a spus că se vor rezolva , însă pe toată perioada șederii nu a avut loc nici o schimbare. Deși am avut rugămintea sa ne cazeze mai devreme de ora afișată pe site (12:00) ei ne au spus sa venim la ora 13:00, iar la sosirea noastră camera era foarte murdară, doamnele de la curățenie au ajuns după noi, iar curățenia facuta a fost de fațadă și în grabă (mai ales in baie si in dormitor)."
