"Közel van a strand"

"Sajnos a szálláshely nem felelt meg a hirdetésben feltűntetett feltételeknek. Jelen állapotában nem alkalmas 4-nél (de inkább csak kettő) több fő kényelmes szállására, mert a fenti rész felújítás alatt van (nincs wc, fürdő), csak a lenti apartman használható. Az udvar pedig sajnos rendezetlen, tele építőanyagokkal."

Accommodation's reply:

Jeleztem a kedves vendégek jövetelekor, hogy egy sajnálatos csőtörés és szakember híján nem tudom megfelelő módon biztosítani a szállást. Felajánlottam részükre, hogy a szallas.hu segítségével keresek nekik egy másik szállást. Továbbá felajánlottam egy 4 fős alsó szinten lévő teljesen felszerelt új apartmant a 6 fős felső apartman mellé. Megtekintették és elfogadták a szállást ennek ellenére mivel az ígért szolgáltatást nem tudtam teljesíteni felajánlottam egy jelentős szállásdíj csökkentést. A vendég szavaival élve: "Korekt ajánlat" Távozáskor viszont a 7 fő idegenforgalmi adóját nem volt hajlandó megfizetni. Ezek után úgy gondolom ez az értékelés nem igazán helytálló.
