This delightful Dalmatian stone house is located on the southern side of the sunny island of Hvar - in the Kozja Bay. The property is located directly by the sea and offers its guests a peaceful and undisturbed summer vacation. In the bay there are other houses that are rented during the summer. The terrace has a beautiful view of the turquoise sea and the bay, where you can spend pleasant summer evenings with family and friends. There is a boiler in the bathroom and a standard electrical outlet, a fridge and a freezer in the house. The advantage of this house is, among other things, central heating, which allows rental in spring and autumn. The last section of the road from Zaglav to Kožja Bay is about 800 metres on macadam. If necessary, you can park your car at the end of the asphalt road in Zaglav and on the rest of the macadam road you can rent the older owner's car for free.
