Our new luxury wellness beach apartment is situated in the most touristic resort area of Siófok, within 50 m of the Balaton, at the entrance to the Coke Club and the Siófok Beach, a 5-minute walk away from the Boat Station and the downtown. There are many sports and entertainment possibilities in the neighbourhood (water skiing, wakeboard, go-kart, paddle boat, tennis, horse riding, angling, playground, the Coke Club with its weekly two concerts, shops, party places)

The price includes UNLIMITED USE OF OUR WELLNESS SECTION.

An air-conditioned, fully equipped apartment for 4+2 persons, built in 2011 and furnished to satisfy even the most demanding taste. The flat is optimal both for friends and families.
The flat includes a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to the garden, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-category appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave oven, tea and coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery).
Our apartment is baby-friendly, we can provide a baby bathtub and a high chair to our guests coming with small children. It is a ground-floor apartment with garden, easily accessible even for mobility-impaired persons.

"A szobák stílusa szép volt"
"A nevével ellentétben egyáltalán nem luxus apartman, de még csak közepesnek sem nevezhető. Igazából nagy csalódás volt, hogy ezt választottuk, és még ráadásul drága is volt. Az apartmanház 40 db lakást / apartmant tartalmaz, többen ott laknak. Amik nem tetszettek: - Érkezésünkkor közöltél, hogy a visszaigazolt ár felett lesz még egy 6 000 Ft-os takarítási költség, amiről NEM TUDNAK SZÁMLÁT ADNI. - A korlátlan wellness és szauna használat nem igaz, a szauna 500 Ft-ért megvásárolható kis érmékkel működik. - Amikor kifogásoltam szombaton a plusz költségeket, a tulaj gyorsan frissítette a leírást a szallas.hu oldalon. - Szombaton egész nap felújítás ment a felettünk lévő apartmanban, így nem tudtunk pihenni. Amikor ezt kifogásoltuk a tulajnak, azt mondta, menjünk fel és szóljunk nekik, neki ahhoz az apartmanhoz semmi köze. - A bútorok lelakottak, a kanapé szakadt, a szoba poros volt. - A wellnessben a jakuzzi vize nagyon koszos volt, a szűrője le volt törve. - Az infraszauna nem működött, illetve a szauna belsejében több fadarab le volt esve, így kiállt egy csomó szög. - A parkolás borzalmas, egy apró udvarban kell nagyon szűk helyre beállni, az utcán nem lehet parkolni. - Az elektromos kapu távirányítója nem működött megfelelően."
