"Pozitívum a 4 szoba, 2 fürdőszoba, a mosogatógép sok időt megspórolt nekünk, van mosógép is és klíma a két emeleti szobában. A konyha rendkívül jól felszerelt, a háznak két nagy terasza van, melyek közül a hátsó nagyon szép zöld, virágos, nyugodt pihenésre alkalmas. A nagy udvarban két autó kényelmesen elfér."
"Ha 7-8 ember érkezik, akkor hátrány lehet, hogy a WC-k a fürdőszabával egyben kerültek elhelyezésre, így ezzel a készülődés során mindenképpen számolni kell. A 7-es út nagyon közel van, ezért a 7-es út felőli oldalon található két szoba nem olyan csendes, mint szerettük volna, de ezen a szállásadó a nyílászárók modernizálásával könnyen segíthet (jelenleg szimpla, légrés nélküli ablakok vannak, melyek nem mondhatók hangszigetelőnek). A házat a tulajdonos igyekszik tisztán tartani, azonban az ágyak mögött (az ágyak és a fal között) is érdemes volna legalább havonta kitakarítani."
