"Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, cisza i spokój nocą"

"Niestety mieszkanie jest bardzo zaniedbane i brudne. Brud zbierany od kilku lat w każdym kącie w mieszkaniu. Pod płytą indukcyjną można śmieci skrobać nożem. Łazienka sprzątana "po łebkach" bez zachowania zasad higieny."
