"Spędziłam 3 doby w dymie papierosów, ponieważ ktoś zamieszkujący pokój obok palił papierosa za papierosem mimo, że w całym budynku jest zakaz palenia. KAŻDY papieros do mnie docierał wentylacją. W łazience można się było udusic. Pomimo moich skarg sytuacja nie została opanowana. Najwyraźniej personel nie ma wystarczających narzędzi do poradzenia sobie z taką sytuacją oprócz próśb by dana osoba zaprzestała szkodzenia innym. Piszę to właśnie dlatego, że sanatorium uzdrowiskowe jakim jest Jan Kazimierz MUSI mieć w swoim regulaminie kary dla palaczy! Nie może być tak, że szkodnik jest bezkarny a ofiara bezbronna. Bywam co roku w Dusznikach, nigdy więcej w Janie Kazimierzu."
