Description:
This villa is located above the city center of popular tourist resort Crikvenica. It is a large villa, which is ideal for larger families or groups, as the whole villa consists of six apartments which can be used as needed as separate accommodation units.

LAYOUT:

In the basement there is a large living / dining room with a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From this room you have direct access to the swimming pool area.

High ground floor
The high ground floor consists of rooms used for home maintenance.

1st floor
On this floor there are three residential units. The first unit (studio apartment) consists of an open bedroom for 2-3 persons, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The highest floor of this villa also consists of three residential units. The fourth unit (studio apartment) consists of an open sleeping room for 2-3 persons, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The fifth unit has a living / dining room with kitchen with a single bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a large covered balcony with sea views. The sixth unit has a living / dining room with a kitchen and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a balcony overlooking the sea and an additional balcony with a forest view.

Outside
The well-maintained outdoor area has a lockable parking for up to 5 vehicles. For several vehicles are still 2 parking spaces in front of the house available.

On the other side of the property is the swimming pool area with seating for all persons and seven sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower next to the swimming pool.
Each unit has its own electric grill that can be used outdoors.
