Our guest house will open its doors in June 2022 for families and groups of friends who want to relax.
Our accommodation is absolutely child, family and pet friendly. Our goal is for our guests to relax in a environment close to nature.
Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, which includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and wifi.
In our yard you can cook, bake and grill bacon.
Covered parking is available for several cars. For complete relaxation, guests have access to a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi.
Lake Tisza, famous for its wonderful natural features, is only a 5-minute pleasant walk away, where you can go swimming, boating, hiking, cycling, and lovers of fishing can also spend their free time.
After pleasant tours, our guests receive a 10% discount on meals at the nearby Kormorán restaurant.
Eger, known for its historic city center and its delicious wines, Hortobágy, which offers traditional programs, and Demjén and Egerszalók, which are unique in the world, are located in our area of attraction.

Payment and cancellation policy:
The guest house has a fixed price regardless of the number of people, which is a maximum of 8 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights. You can pay the booking amount by bank transfer. There are 3 days after the confirmation to pay the deposit, otherwise the booking will be considered void. Our guesthouse requires a 50% deposit after confirming the booking. If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of all nights will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 100 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no- show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION IN FORCE, OUR GUESTS SHOULD PRESENT THEIR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
If you do not have an ID card, we will not be able to receive the Guest under applicable law.
He is fully responsible for any damage to the apartment.
The rent for the Si-Va guest house is 80,000 HUF / day + IFA. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Minimum booking: 3 days.
