Balatonmária takes place in south Balaton. From the port you can join to excursion- and party boats. The summer house is 5 minutes from the beach (which is free). The beach is nice, well-cleaned and you can use the public toalet for free. There is a playground for the children too. The lake is getting deaper slowly. Near (in 200 meters) you can find shops, restaurants (the opportunity to try several menus and ala carte is given, you can even find great meals to people with special diets), a pizzeria, and an ice cream shop. 5 bicycles can be used, all around the lake there is bycicle path. There are garden furniture and a grill. The center is in 10 minutes by bike, where you can find nightlife. In the summer you can use clima, in a chillier period you can use the fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms for 5 people. The house and its sorrunding are capable for calm, quiet relaxation and active recreation. In the house you cannot have parties nor gathering. The bicycles are can be used for a fee. Only registered guests can stay in the holiday home.
