"A szoba berendezései igényesek,jó minőségűek és kényelmesek voltak. Az egész épület újszerűnek tűnt."
"A szálláson nem pontosan azt a szobát kaptuk,ami a lefoglalt szoba fényképén szerepelt. Ez azért fontos,mert bár a megkapott szoba is kényelmes és probléma mentes volt, így alattunk pont egy rémségesen zajos és problémás család volt. ha az eredeti szobát kapjuk épp elkerültük volna őket. Azért nem reklamáltunk az elején,mert a szoba, amit végülis kaptunk jó volt ,azzal nem volt gond, azt pedig csak utólag tapasztaltuk meg,hogy zajos alsó szomszéd felé kerültünk.Utána már cserére nem volt lehetőség.... Az üzemeltető nem volt a szálláson ,csak becsekkoláskor és kicsekkoláskor volt a helyszínen...Ez nem tetszett túlságosan....Az sem,hogy mást kaptunk és a visszaigazolás megfelelt annak ami végülis lett. Teszek rá mit igazol vissza a szállásadó! Amit lefoglalok egy kép alapján arra van szükségem . A többi csak további problémát generál,ami így is lett. Nem volt a helyszínen terminál és erről nem tudtunk időben,így csak utólag tudtuk elutalni a szállásköltség fennmaradó részét, pedig az szerepelt a foglalásban,hogy a többit a szálláshelyen kell fizetnünk. Valahogy az volt az érzésem,hogy a SZÉP kártyások ellen ment ez a dolog,mert a szállásadó mejegyezte,hogy 10-ből csak egy ember szokott SZÉP kártyával fizetni.....Nem stimmelt a wifi kód sem, csak hosszas szaladgálás után , a szomszédoktól megszerzett "szobamappában" szerepelt a helyes kód,amit a szállásadó tévesen mondott először el,emiatt a netet sem tudtuk használni érkezéskor.Természetesen a mi szobánkban nem volt "szobammappa" A szálláson rengeteg volt az áthallás,szinte minden zajt kopogást erősen hallani lehetett.Persze előfordul az ilyen,de egy apartmannba mégiscsak pihenni jár az ember..."
