Accommodation - reservation conditions

Stornopodmínky a stornopoplatek 1. Objednatel má právo zrušit pobyt, který byl jím objednán a Spa Resortem potvrzen na určitý termín. V tomto případě Spa Resort nabídne objednateli náhradní termín pobytu. V případě, že objednatel nebude akceptovat čerpání pobytu v náhradním termínu, má právo stornovat (zrušit) pobyt, tj. odstoupit od potvrzené objednávky pobytu. Toto odstoupení ze strany objednatele musí být provedeno písemnou formou. 2. V případě storna pobytu 15 a více než 15 dnů před nástupem nevzniká Spa Resortu nárok na zaplacení odstupného (dále jen „stornovací poplatek“). 3. V případě storna v kratším termínu před zahájením pobytu (tj. 14 dnů až jeden den před zahájením pobytu), zaplatí objednatel stornopoplatek ve výši 50% ceny pobytu (tj. v případě zálohové platby ve výši 50% z ceny pobytu ve výši této zálohové platby). 4. Dnem storna (zrušení pobytu) je skutečný den doručení písemného storna Spa Resortu a započítává se do výše uvedeného počtu dní rozhodných pro výpočet stornovacího poplatku. 5. Stornopoplatek je účtován z celkové, tj. potvrzené ceny pobytu Translation
