The apartment house is located directly next to the beach, 20 metres from Lake Balaton and 30 metres from the beach entrance, in a green environment.
The 70 square metre, two-storey holiday home unit, which can be heated in winter, is directly overlooking Lake Balaton. It has a separate entrance and can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people on the second floor, or 8 if necessary.
On the lower level there is a bathroom (with bath and bidet), a bedroom (with a fold-out double bed) and a kitchen-living room (with a pull-out double bed). From the balcony and the living room you have a beautiful view of Lake Balaton, the beach and the mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and crockery.
In the air-conditioned attic there are 4 single beds and a "cot" for the little ones. The apartment has free broadband WIFI internet access.
Parking for one car is available in the closed, evening-lit automatic gated parking lot in front of the house.
The building has its own garden for sunbathing, and in the evenings you can prepare meals on an open fire in the illuminated barbecue area.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
