Villa Alpa is located in the area of ​​Umag - Punta, which is very popular among tourists. A comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a villa with 6 more apartments for rent. The area makes a unique variety of beaches and coasts surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area, near the beach. Tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years are 800 m away.
Beaches that are just 400 meters away can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The beaches are diverse for all tastes: sandy, natural rocky, with concrete or pebble slabs and with vegetation and trees near the coast, for shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. It is enough to walk a few hundred meters to choose the type of beach you prefer.

The house is located on a plot of 730 m2 with a small garden with games for children, free private parking in front of the house, a large roof terrace equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and two outdoor whirlpools for 6 people (2 x 2 m), everything available to guests of the house for shared use is free. A reservation of use for hydromassage baths is required upon arrival (possibility of using twice a day for one hour per apartment). The house offers 7 apartments for rent, one for 2 people, 3 for 2 + 2 people, and 3 for 4 + 2 people. For bicycles, ask the owner for price and availability.

Studio apartment Alpa 3 of 25 m2 is located on the ground floor of the villa. Equipped with care and love in a modern style to make you feel at home. It has a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, two bedside lamps, bed linen is provided (change weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet and hairdryer, two bath towels per person (changed weekly). The living room has a kitchenette equipped with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with 2 ceramic hobs, hood, coffee maker, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen TV with satellite programs, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet. The living room opens onto a terrace of 8 m2 overlooking the garden, equipped with a table, chairs, and parasol.

For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade. The nearest beach at 400 m, shop at 800 m, restaurant at 500 m, bar and kiosk at 150 m.
Only 400 m away is the station of the tourist train that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or it can be reached by tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
