Also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a rehabilitation spa Thalassotherapia only 10 m away and known especially for the treatment of respiratory problems in children. There are also many restaurants, bistros and patisseries in the area surrounding the apartments.
The coast of Crikvenica offers 8 km of sandy and pebble beaches connected by a landscaped promenade (lungomare) through the rich Mediterranean vegetation, provides the opportunity to enjoy for everyone; from bathers to walkers and cyclists. High-quality cleanliness of the sea brought Crikvenica the "Blue Flag", a European recognition for the cleanliness of the sea.

Modernly equipped studio / apartment 3 * size of 36 m2 with fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm, living room with corner sofa (with bed 160x200 cm), LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bathroom with spacious shower and shower, washing machine, hair dryer. The outdoor area is located on a spacious terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and solar shower.

"After last year, we chose this apartment in Croatia again this year, as we had very positive experiences when we visited here last year. Tea, the hostess, is very kind and helpful and helps in everything she can. The accommodation is very well equipped, very comfortable, close to the beach, several beaches are within easy reach, on the south side of the beach there is an authentic and excellent restaurant, a few minutes away there is a medium-sized grocery store with a huge selection, with fresh pastries made in the morning. In summary: it can be a great choice for a young couple or a family with small children. If we can, we will come here again next year. :)"

"Teában a tulajdonos Hölgyben egy nagyon kedves, előzékeny, figyelmes és informatív szállásadót tisztelhettünk/ismerhettünk meg! A két légteres kis stúdiólakás nagyon jó elrendezésű, ízléses és fiatalos design szerint van kialakítva, az ágy és a kinyitható kanapé is luxuskényelmet képvisel. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, a nagy terasz a kinti asztallal szuper reggeliző- és esti kiülő helyszín egyben. :) 3 perc sétára található egy mini supermarket, 2 percre pedig egy műszópark gyerekeknek kialakított pályával kiegészítve. A szállásról jobbra indulva kb 4 perc a kavicsos strand, balra kicsit messzebb érdemes felkeresni a Crni Beach-homokos strandot is. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, még visszatérünk! :)"
