Sunset Villas Predeal

The Sunset Villas complex from Predeal is composed of two identical villas located on a plot of 2000 square meters. Each villa has 6 rooms with their own bathrooms, the largest of them being equipped with a double bed and an extendable sofa for two people. The maximum capacity is 14 adults, while in all rooms additional beds for children can be placed on request. The living room is open-space and is divided into a relaxation area with tables and sofas, a serving area and a bar area equipped with tables, linens and sofas. The living room is served by two separate bathrooms for man and woman. located in the basement where there is also the laundry room, the dishwasher and two gas heating plants with a 500 l hot water boiler. The kitchen is professionally equippedand and has all the necessary dishes. Each villa has internet and fiber optic TV, profesional sound system. and parking in the yard for 7 cars in each of the two parking lots. The units can also be rented separately, each villa by a group, in which case the facilities in the yard (gazebo, barbecue, play or relaxation space) will be used jointly by the occupants of the two locations.
On request, for a fee, we can offer mountain excursions, historical tours in the surrounding towns, visiting some caves, horseback riding in a fenced area or on the mountain, carriage rides or entertainment programs for children.
