"A leírásban szerepelt, hogy igény esetén biztosítanak hajszárítót, viszont amikor kértem, nem kaptam (először azt mondták nem jár a szobához, majd azt hogy biztos valamelyik vendég nem hozta vissza). Ilyen hidegben nem lehet hajat mosni nélküle, 5 napig kihagyni pedig nem a legjobb… Illetve a szobában is hideg volt, hiába próbáltam a klímával fűteni. Nincs recepció, ahol ezt szóvá lehetne tenni vagy bármilyen kérdéssel lehetne fordulni hozzájuk."

Kedves Lilla, a hajszárítóért elnézést kérünk. Nálunk nincs állandó recepció ezt mindig jelezzük is a vendégeknek. Viszont bármilyen probléma esetén kollégákkal éjjel nappal elérhetőek vagyunk. A fűtés problémát nem jelezte felénk, a fűtés be van kapcsolva természetesen, segítségére lettünk volna ha jelzi. Reméljük azért jól telt az itt eltöltött 5 nap.

"Érkezéskor nem volt áram és nem működött a fűtés a szobában. A fürdőszobában a szemetes nem volt kiürítve, a mosdókagylóban nem folyt le a víz. Az ágynemű, párnahuzatok tisztaságában nem tudtunk megbízni, a szőnyegek nem voltak kitakarítva."

Kedves Vendégünk! A szobák tiszták voltak, kivoltak takarítva , mindig frissen húzott fertőtlenített ágyneműt készítünk be a szobákba. Telefonon történt beszélgetésünk során nem jelezték felénk ezen észrevételeiket. Az áram illetve fűtés problémát miután jelezték rögtön megoldottuk. Remélem kellemesen telt azért a nálunk eltöltött 3 éjszaka.
