The SZALAJKA HOTEL AND RESTAURANT can be found in the centre of Szilvásvárad, in a mountain resort village at the foot of the Bükk mountains.

The renovated building you can find under 100-years-old trees, by the bank od a little stream. In the restaurant besides fish and game specialities you can also choose from typical meals of the hungarian cuisine.

Our double rooms are equipped with bathroom (shower), TV provide undisturbed relaxation for our guests. We have banquet rooms (for 20 and 40) for trainings or special programmes, these are furnished with flipchart, video, TV, projector and notice-board. Closed parking place, sauna and massage are provided too. The sights of Szilvásvárad, the natural beauty of the area, the hill-walking and sport facilities, and also the sights of Eger, a beautiful baroque town nearby, offer you a wide choice of programmes for a long holiday, too.

"A szálláshely valóban kutyabarát! Ritkán találni ilyen helyet, ahol nem csak muszájból hanem tényleg szívesen látják a kutyákat. A vacsorához, reggelihez és igazából ahová csak szeretné viheti magával a vendég a kedvenceket."

"A recepció kiszolgálása kicsit lassú. Be és kijelentkezéskor is több mint 20 percet kellett várjunk."

"A személyzet kedves készséges volt."

"Egy órával korábban érkeztünk elküldtek hogx még ne jelentezzünk be meg se nézték, hogy a szoba esetleg kész van -e. Visszajöttünk 5 percel 14 órakor hátha becsekkolhatunk , a pultnál egy nyugdíjas csoport ügyintézője válogatott a szobák között 30 percet vártunk mire hajlandóak volna ránk szentelni 5 percet. A szoba jéghideg volt. A wellnes rész szintén hideg volt a szauna be se volt kapcsolva habár a pultnál azt mondták menjünk nyugodtan be van kapcsolva. Az infraszauna félig működött bekapcsolás után is kb 30 fok volt. A jakuzzi hipós volt e feleségem bőrét kicsípta. S másik medence csapvíz hideg volt. A masszázs fotel jó volt igaz az egyiknél a láb maszírozó nem is működött. Éjfélkor a nyugdíjas csoport hangos kiabálással végig vonult a folyosón az alvás vége volt . S reggeli szegényes egy vidéki panzió szint."

Köszönjük értékelését, igyekszünk jobban odafigyelni az írt problémákra! Sajnos a személyzetnek nem mindig van ideje idő előtt ellenőriznie, hogy készen van-e a szoba, ezért is van díj ellenében korai érkezés és késői távozás szolgáltatásunk, amennyiben a kapacitásunk megengedi, azonban ezt mindig előre szükséges egyeztetni. Szobáinkat körülbelül 20-22C fokra fűtjük, melyet érkezéskor mindenki maga tud szabályozni. Sajnos a hőmérséklet semmilyen beállítás esetén sem fog mindenkinek megfelelni, hiszen van, hogy a 20 fokos szoba is melegnek bizonyul. Pezsgőfürdőnk 35-37 C fokos, nagy medencénk a hidegebb időszakba 29-31 fok közé van fűtve, illetve a padlófűtés az egész részlegre kiterjed. Eénézést, ha a szauna még nem fűtött fel, mire használták.
