"Penészes csuszásgátló a fürdőben! A panzióba nem lehetett este bejutni mert elfelejtették a kapunyitót odaadni a vendégek engedtek be! A tv miatt nekem kellett szolni hogy szerezzunk egyet es kaptunk egy pixelhibásat ! Ha tiszta rendezett helyet akartok ne ide! 😅 Az étterem részével nem volt gond! A tulaj probált segíteni amennyit tudott!"

Kedves Márton! Ön nem korrekt ember! Ün akarja megszabni, mikor legyen nyitva az étterem. Valóban nem volt tv a szobában, mert néhány napja egy gyerkőc leborítottam. Nem tudtam,hogy a csere tv pixel hibás, de elfogadható volt. Miért maradt a második éjszakára, ha olyan szörnyű volt? Beszéltünk, elfogadtam a kritikáit, a takarító kolléga rögtön orvosolta a problémát. Húsvét vasárnap reggelén az Ön problémáit próbáltam orvosolni. Ezt máshol megtette volna a tulaj? És miért nem mentek máshova? Mert a legolcsóbb helyre jöttek. Miután visszaadtam a második éjszaka árát, még annyiba sem került Önöknek. Így mégis jó volt. Ön annyi helyen járt már az országban és a világon, mondta. De nem ennyi pénzért! Valószínű, nem a legjobb szobát kapta, hiszen teltházunk volt, mindenki megelégedésére, csak a Önöknek nem volt jó. Miért nem mentek a szomszéd faluba 35ezerért? Uram! Én próbálok a földön maradni, hogy mindenki számára elérhetővé váljon a szállás. Nagyon sok kispénzű embernek szüksége van egy éjszakára szállásra, sokan jönnek a határon túlról is. De mindenki helyén kezeli a dolgokat. Mi csak egy kisvárosi panzió vagyunk, nem egy 4*-os wellness szálló. De ebbe ne menjünk bele. A szobában pedig tilos a dohányzás szerintem Budapesten is. Az Önök koszos szobájában mégis minden cigifüstös volt, Köszönjük értékelését, nem csalódtam Önökben. Remélem lesz alkalmam a jövőben személyesen is beszélni Önnel, mégha nem is nálunk száll meg.
