    "Vegetáriánusként a vacsora svédasztal kínálatát roppant szegényesnek találtuk. Szomorú, hogy a magyar garsztronómia még mindig nem tud túllépni a rántott zöldségeken. Ettől függetlenül ízletesek voltak az ételek."

    "A vacsoránál mégegyszer kértem a kemencés ételből mivel az első nagyon finom volt.Az úriember aki készítette betette sülni és eltünt.Mire nagysokára előkerült az étel megégett,de elnézést sem kért és szemrebbenés nélkül kiadta elfogyasztásra.Még rajtunk kívül is voltak az étkezőben de már készítették elő a másnapi reggeliztetést az úres asztalokon.Ezzel semmi probléma,hisz mi is vendéglátósok vagyunk,tudjuk hogy megy ez.Azomban a pincérsrác ,hogy mit szívott nem tudom ,meghasznált neki az biztos,de széttcsúszva ,laza vagyok mint a rigalánc, az orraalatt többször huzogatva mutatóújját hordta ki, szórta ki a reggeli terítékhez való aztali szemetest és cukortartót.Ez nem oda való.Vendég volt az étkezöben,és nem csak mi."
