The accomodtion is located in the centre of Budapest in the 13th district, the area is called “Újlipótváros”
The flat is in an apartment house with a non-stop reception. The parking place is on in the closed garden of the house, the parking place is not costless.
The flat is 19 m2: room, American kitchen, bathroom, wc, tv internet, aircon (5eur/day).
The public transport is near to the house: bus (front of the entrance), tram (5 min walk, or with 2 stop with the bus) and metro (cca 100m) is not far.
The closest sight is the Margaret island: you can go there with tram 4-6, by walk on the Margaret bride, or with ship.
The Parlament is also not far: 1.5km, you can go there by walk or with tram "2" which is one of the 12 most beautiful tram-route of the world.
The flat is west sited, quiet, the window face on a small garden, if you are smoker in this garden you can do.
The apartment is ideal for two person, but with spare bad for three is also good for example with a child.
The price is for the room and not for persons.
You can find in the kitchen: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery.
The heating is including, caution for long stay, we don’t have target group, I can offer it for youngs and alders as well. I am flexible with the check out, if on that day we don’t have other book, you can stay until evening but don’t have to pay.
