The apartment is located in the city center, on the Main Square, opposite the new OTP Bank. There is a possibility of crawling from the closed corridor that opens from the staircase. There is a view of the City Cinema in the green area. The apartment is connected to the main square by the south facing terrace, not covered, so it is sunny, bright and well ventilated for years. Parking is available in the 'own' parking lot next to the condominium.
The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen, corridor, separate toilet and bathroom are new tiled, tiled. The kitchen is equipped with custom-made kitchen furniture, complete equipment (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishware). Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler.

Excellent roads, sidewalks, walkways. There are more expences to the Mill Lake and the coastal promenades (3 minutes), where there is a child-friendly playground.

The Tavas Cave, unique in Europe with a visitor center, is 5 minutes away (boating in the underground lake labyrinth). Opposite the visitor center is the imposingly renovated Town Cultural Center, where cultural programs, theater and other events are continuous. Everything is nearby, quickly accessible in 3-6 minutes. Throughout the year, many music, cultural programs and festivals make it easier for tourists to relax.
