We have a mini gym in the garden under the sky. Free of charge. You can some excercise with weights for you fitness and healty. Check the fotos please. We have 4 bikes. You can rent to visit the city or take a bike tour in neighborhood. Our bike rental fee is lower than others.
The auto parking on the street is free of charge in the whole year.

You can smoke in the garden or terrace. Please during booking write me your exact check in and check out time, the name of guests, and single or double bed. Train or car? Usually I will open the door personally. Or I can offer you a self check in option.

After 22:00pm the guests are kindly asked to behave quietly in the flat to respect the neighbours rest.This is general rule in Siófok. So after 10pm the party should be continued in the city :-) Be so kind and do not listen the music or tv too loudly.

Please refrain from causing any damages in the apartment.

We do the cleanup after check-out, the guests are only asked to do the dishwashing and collect their rubbish. Key and remote contlorer lost 30 Euro fee!

Check ot time put back the key into the keysafe, switch off the lights, tap water, gasheater, electronic devices, tv and close both doors carefully. Do not need to remove the bedding cover. The cleaning staff will it:)
