The TIP-TOP HOUSE Apartment House includes a fully renovated, typical „OLDTIMER” peasant house with porch and wine cellar and a newly built two-storey wing.
The building complex, constructed on a plot facing south-southwest,includes:

• five apartments equipped with private bathrooms and kitchens,
• an 18-m2 conservatory-like lounge on the ground floor of the newly built wing,
• in the upstairs hall, a computer with Internet access (in addition, Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the building ) and a „lecture room” seating 16-18 persons.

Safe, video-monitored parking of 5-6 cars is possible on the property. A „small playground” with a swing set including a wooden castle and a slide has been installed; in addition, there is a lawned area with an area of about 10 m x 15 m for playing badminton, volleyball and other ball games. The hillside property with an area of about 2,400 m2 is divided into four levels:

• on the street level, next to the main building, there is a 20-m2 log house protected by a safety lock and camera surveillance for storing bicycles and other valuable sports equipment,
• the first terrace includes a „wine cellar” suitable for hosting family and friendly gatherings and an adjacent barbecue pavilion seating 16-20 persons; an outdoor, wood-fired oven and a fire ring will be constructed in the spring of 2012 for holding „tradition-preserving programmes”

An 18-m2 conservatory-like hall has been constructed on the ground floor of the two-storey wing integrally attached to the peasant house, which can be used as a common room (lounge and coffee room).
On the upper floor, the „shared dining room with open-plan kitchen seating 8 persons” provides access to the „lounge, lecture and meeting hall” with a floor area of about 36 m2, constructed in the converted loft of the peasant house. This space, with its tables and chairs, can accommodate up to 18-20 persons. (The installation of a sound reinforcement system makes it suitable for dance parties as well.) Catering for the participants can be provided from the dining room integrated with the open-plan kitchen or in the kitchen itself in the form of a buffet or a warm meal served in two turns.
Further SERVICES OF OUR GUESTHOUSE:
The apartment house consisting of two wings has been constructed in the lower part – the one towards the Aradi Vértanúk Street – of the land plot of our house, situated on a mild slope and developed using high-quality landscape architecture plans. Cars and persons also enter from this side.

o There is a (safely enclosed) f r e e parking lot for 5-6 cars on the property protected by a high fence and security cameras.
o There is a long porch and a paved area in front of the building complex, where garden chairs and tables are available to our guests for drinking coffee or tea, playing cards, reading and sunbathing under the open sky,
o All apartments are equipped with gate telephones, making access by family members and visitors easier
o There is a large lawned area for ball games in front of the building complex, with an adjacent children’s playground.
o Table tennis can be played beside the building (in a place protected from wind)
o There is a building in the garden for storing bicycles and/or other valuable sports equipment, which is free-standing but individually protected by a safety lock and surveillance cameras.
o The upper floor of the building complex has a room, used as a lounge and lecture hall, where dancing parties can also be held.
o Our „OLDTIMER” apartment includes a „mini-library” as well.
o The INTERNET (i.e. the Wi-Fi router) and the computer, which can be used free of charge, are situated upstairs.
o We are sorry to say that our guests cannot bring their pets with themselves, as animal hair (can) cause allergic symptoms in many persons.
o Arrival and departure
== The rooms can be occupied from 2 pm on the day of the arrival, but those who arrive earlier can use the yard and the related amenities (without disturbing the guests who are there already)
