Tündérgyöngye Apartmanház Zirc-Tündérmajor

Zirc is a tourist paradise which can be find in the middle of the Bakony Mountains. Tündérmajor is located 3 km from the center of Zirc, a village-like environment with two streets, beautiful natural features, forests and fields. It's a great place to relax, stroll, hike, and explore the amazing landscapes and natural attractions around. The Tündérgyöngye Apartment House was opened in December 2016, in a newly renovated, family-style, rural-style building. On the lower floor there is a 72 sqm superior apartment with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a great opportunity for families or a group of friends. In the attic there is a 46 sqm studio apartment which can be accessed on an external staircase. It is furnished with a double bed, a seating area, a kitchen and a dining area. The bathroom which is in a separated room is equipped with a shower. Both apartments have an automatic coffee maker and kettle. The consumption of coffee and tea is unlimited, the gift of the hosts. Use of Wi-fi is free.
In the common yard there is a seasonal 6-person covered towel-top jacuzzi which provides relaxation and recreation for the guests. Beach Towel, sun beds, umbrellas.
In the garden lounge you can prepare freshly grilled vegetables or barbecue food on a modern grill.

Balaton is 36 km, Veszprém 25 km, Pannonhalma 42 km, and the ski resort in Eplény is 7.5 km away from the apartment house.

Apartment Superior

On the ground floor of the building there is a spacious apartment with beautiful larch beams, bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway from which the covered terrace is accessible.
The apartment is well equipped.
Kitchen (floor tiles, underfloor heating): 6-person dining set, leather sofa, kitchen cabinet, built-in induction hob with 4 cooking zones, oven, large refrigerator (with a freezer), dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and full kitchenware with dishes, glasses and cutlery.
A warm tiled stove in the room enhances the hopefully always good mood.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bedside cabinets, dress cabinets, flat screen TV, DVD player, movies, tales, record player with many old vinyl records.
The other half of the tiled stove here also sheds the heat.
Bedroom 2: (parquet, underfloor heating): 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, hanging and shelving cabinet, dresser, flat screen TV, DVD player, movies.
Bathroom with toilet (floor tiles, underfloor heating): bathtub, washbasin with piping mirror, washing machine, hair dryer, heated towel rack.
Guest toilet: heated towel rack, washbasin.

Studio Apartment

In the attic there is a studio apartment which can be accessed on an outside staircase. It is modern and it has cozy furnishings.
There is a kitchen area, a double bed with bedside cabinets and a resting corner under one roof. The kitchen section has an “L” shaped cupboard: dishwasher, built-in oven and induction hob with 4 cooking zones, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge (with freezer compartment), full kitchenware, cups and cutlery.
The dining table has 6 chairs. On the sleeping area there is a large double bed for a comfortable rest. There are bedside cabinets for the bed. In the seating area we have a coffee table, a sofa and two armchairs. There is a flat-screen TV, home cinema, DVD movies and CDs.
There is a dresser and wardrobe in the room.
The bathroom is a separate room, which is equipped with a toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror shelf, hairdryer and a heated towel rail.
The entire attic was paved with parquet.
The apartment is air-conditioned and can be individually controlled.
Heating: centralized electric boiler and tiled stove with adjustable thermostat.
