Property "Osada" is located in the village Liptovská Osada, 16 km south of Ruzomberok towards Banska Bystrica, at the foot of Donovaly, 4 km from the ski center Park Snow Liptovské Revúce and 11 km from the ski center Park Snow Donovaly.
