"Při mém příjezdu paní nebrala telefon, poté se mnou předání klíčů, platbu, atd. řešila servírka z hospody. V pokoji nebylo uklizeno, v koupelně bylo špinavé umyvadlo i zrcadlo od pasty na zuby, vypadalo to, že se koupelna po předchozích ubytovaných vůbec neuklízela. Otevřela jsem lednici, ze které šel smrad a celá byla pokrytá zevnitř plísní. Nejspíše to byl brigádník z hospody, který šel lednici utřít a vytřít koupelnu. To dopadlo tak, že plíseň v lednici jen hadrem rozetřel a v koupelně v botech po vytření našlapal, tudíž zde byly stopy od bot. Když jsem se ho předtím ptala, jestli na úklid potřebuje klíče, které jsem již měla u sebe, byl drzí a řekl: "tak asi joo, když tam jdu....já tu nejsem od toho, abych uklízel, já jsem z hospody." Přístup hrozný a provozní apartmánu byla nejspíše na dovolené a neřešila, že ji tam někdo má přijet."
