Our accommodation is located in the Miskolc city center, 1 minute from the Town Hall. The entrance opens to the pedestrian street and a window looks at the Avas hillside.
There are numerous entertainment venues nearby. A few minutes ’walk from the Miskolc National Theater, the House of Arts, the Puppet Theater, the Avasi Church, the cellar rows and a tram stops in front of the condominium.

We recommend the small room of our Új Hold ( meaning New Moon) Community Space for those interested.
On weekdays, the venue is right in the middle of the city center a baby-mother-child-father-friendly square with a play area, lounge, coffee, good conversations, a sandbox in the garden,! The apartment is 60 sqm, the bedroom is 12 sqm, private bathroom with toilet and equipped kitchen is available.
