"Jó helyen van."
"Sajnos rettenetesen koszos volt a szállás. A padlón az ember lépett párat, szürke lett a zokni talpa, a hűtő penészes volt, benne egy döglött poloskával, pókháló mindenhol, az edények, kanalak, minden konyhai eszköz és bútor ragadt a rádermedt zsírtól. Az indukciós főzőlap nem működik, se a hajszárító ami egy szigszalaggal van kókányolva. Látszik, hogy csupa kiselejtezett holmival tették tele. A legkellemetlenebb ezeken felül pedig az irgalmatlan emésztőszag, ami a fürdőszobából áradt ki, volt, hogy éjszaka is felébredtünk rá, annyira átható volt. Erről tudtak a szállásadók is, mert az utolsó este valamilyen résen levendula illatosítót fújtak be a légterünkbe, de olyan töményen, hogy utána megfájdult a férjem feje, aki pont nem bírja a levendulát. Megalázó, felháborító és egyben végtelenül nevetséges volt. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom ilyen formában a szálláshelyet nyaralásra, pihenésre, még munkás szállónak sem, csakis egy mindenre kiterjedő alapos takarítás és szervizelés után."

Sajnálom, hogy ilyen rosszul érezte magát apartmanunkban. Arra biztatnám, hogy problémáit ne az elutazása napján, illetve utólag fogalmazza meg, mert úgy nem is lehet helyén kezelni.. Szerintem a nyílt, őszinte kommunikáció sokat segíthetett volna helyzetükön, szívesen megmutattam volna az indukciós lap használatát is, ha igénylik. Azt sem teljesen értem, hogy miért megalázó, felháborító és nevetséges egy levendula illatú légfrissítő használata a lépcsőházban/előtérben. Üdvözlettel: Vadrózsa Apartman

"Jól éreztük magunkat, a szállásadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, igazi tündéri család! A szálláshely tiszta, kényelmes és hangulatos, a teraszról pedig gyönyörű a kilátás! Balatonfüreden mi legközelebb biztosan a Vadrózsa Apartmant választjuk!"
