"Telefonon egyeztettük, hogy kapunk kiságyat és etetőszéket, sajnos nem volt a lakásban, mire megérkeztünk. Kértük újra, aznap már nem tudtak adni, de másnap reggelre ígérték, sajnos másnap sem kaptuk meg. Kibírtuk, ezek nélkül is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, de sokkal könnyebb és kényelmesebb lett volna ezekkel."
