"Am cerut bon fiscal pe suma pe care am platit -o in ziua ocupării cazării (1260 lei), restul de 540 lei am achitat avans când am făcut rezervarea.Doamna m-a întrebat din start pt ce îmi trebuie bon,pe un ton foarte deranjat,m-a întrebat dacă e ok sa îmi facă o nota de plata scrisă de mână.Nu am acceptat,am cerut factura sau bon fiscal pe banii luați,și s-a făcut nevăzuta,iar pe toată perioada cazării,m-a ocolit!in ultima seara,a fost foarte deranjata pentru că ,spune dânsa că fetița mea i-a rupt 5-6 floricele de leandru(asta a fost pretext sa nu mai cer bon,pt că am găsit -o afara).nu recomand"
