Villa Adrian Rovinj

The apartments of Villa Adrian are situated in Borik (pine forest), which is a beautiful and calm district of the wonderful town Rovinj. Villa Adrian was built in 2006 and it consists of three nice apartments of different sizes, which are furnished in a modern and luxurious style.
The first apartment Ap."0" is about 45m² and suitable for 2-4 persons. It is furnished in a nice modern style and air-conditioned. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player.
The second apartment Ap."3" measures 48m² and it is also made for 2-4 persons. This one is also furnished with care and provided with air-condition. It consists of one bedroom with double bed and a little balcony; further it has one bathroom with shower, a nice living-/dining-room with an extendible couch, provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player, and one fully-fitted kitchen.
The third and biggest apartment Ap."1" is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-condition and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-TV and a DVD-player.
Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture and loungers.
In front of the house there is one parking place for each apartment.
