Very nice stone house in the hinterland of Crikvenica, which is only a few minutes away from the popular tourist place Crikvenica by car.

With a 24 m2 swimming pool in pure nature, it is pre-programmed to spend a relaxing holiday.

The 800 m2 property is protected from prying eyes and thus offers discretion and thus protects the privacy needed for a relaxing holiday.

It is furnished in a rustic style with Mediterranean charm. The 140 m2 living space is fully air conditioned and consists of 2 residential units. Each apartment has a separate entrance.

The outdoor area, where you are likely to spend the most time, offers a terrace with a large wooden table, a Hollywood swing and a large garden (800 m2) with a wall. Large pool with outdoor shower, brick barbecue with sink and utensils. There are also 6 wooden deck chairs with pillows, a pavilion and many beautiful accessories. Nice view of the surrounding mountains / hills and the castle in Drvenik. In the yard in front of the house there is enough space for three cars.

In addition, guests of this house have Internet, SAT / TV, washing machine, cot, high chair, ironing board, barbecue and private parking spaces.
