Enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Crikvenica Riviera in this beautiful 6-unit property.
The house garden and swimming pool are for use by all guests.
Pool area is in the period 01.06. to 14.09. in operation.
The house also has a fitness room for all guests with numerous devices, such as a rowing machine, lat machine and pull over.
Apartments and rooms have the following capacities:
DRAGINJA 1: for 2-4 persons; 40 m²
DRAGINJA 2: for 2-4 persons; 28 m²
DRAGINJA ROOM 2 1st FLOOR: for 2 persons; 14 m²
DRAGINJA ROOM 3: for 2 persons; 15 m²
DRAGINJA ROOM 4: for 2 people; 15 m²
DRAGINJA ROOM 5: for 2 persons; 15 m²
Please note that holiday rooms do not have a kitchen.
Detailed description of each apartment:
DRAGINJA 1:
Accommodation area of 40 m² on the 3rd floor is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and dining room with kitchen. In a bedroom with a double bed, the beds can also be separated as needed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, satellite TV, wireless internet access and barbecue facilities.
Outside are a balcony and terrace, both, of course, overlooking the sea. The garden of the house and the pool, of course, you can also use.
Parking for your car is on the property.
The apartment is located in a quiet location in a private house and has additional facilities such as a fitness room, swimming pool with beautiful sea views.
