The villa has a terraced design; the upper level is the parking lot, from which stairs lead down to the entrance level. Here, you will find a 35-square-meter terrace with a wonderful panorama of Lake Balaton and a garden dining table. The entrance level has a hall, a dining room with a kitchen, a TV fireplace room, and a toilet. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the entrance level, there are stairs leading to the lower level, with a barbecue, ping-pong table, wine cellar, and an enclosed shower. The swimming pool, sauna and hot tub are located on the terraces in the garden. Below, a small, cozy row of vines and fruit trees complete the picture.

On the vineyard hill of Balatongyörök, on Becehegy, a row of old wine press houses can be seen. The Balaton Uplands National Park has several longer and shorter circuits, 38 stations, and an 8.5 km long educational trail presenting the forest habitats of the region, which was specially designed for children.
