Villa Luna Županje

Villa Luna is a modern 4-star villa with a heated pool that can accommodate up to 7 guests, making it an ideal choice for a peaceful vacation in the traditional village of Županje on the island of Krk. The villa blends modern design with traditional touches, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in tranquil surroundings. The well-kept outdoor area is decorated with Mediterranean plants, and two electric bikes are available for guests to explore the island's scenic cycling routes.

The villa offers 130 m² of living space on a 600 m² fenced property. The open-plan living area includes a dining room with seating for six, a comfortable living room with a sofa (that can serve as an extra bed), and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious fridge, induction stove, range hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware. From the living area, you can access the covered terrace with a wooden table and a hanging chair, perfect for enjoying the garden view.

All three bedrooms are spacious and come with king-size beds, air conditioning, and TVs, providing guests with comfort and privacy. The bathroom has a modern design and includes a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. All bedding and towels are provided, and a baby crib and high chair can be arranged if needed. The villa is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort even on hot summer days.

The outdoor area is particularly inviting. Along with the heated pool (25 m²), perfect for spring and autumn, there’s a large outdoor kitchen with a dining table and full kitchen setup, as well as a canopy with four loungers for sunbathing. For guests wanting to stay active during their holiday, a small outdoor fitness area is also available.

The garden is fully enclosed, ensuring complete privacy, and three parking spaces are provided. In the storage room, you’ll find a washing machine, drying rack, and BBQ tools, making your stay as convenient as possible.
