Villa Martinis Rogoznica

Villa Martinis is located in the center of Rogoznica, 30 km away from Šibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast. It is especially popular for boaters because it is one of the most beautiful and safest ports on the Adriatic.

The outside of the house is dominated by pool trapezoid. It is surrounded by green trees and three sets of knitted garden furniture. The terraces are covered with cloth, and barbecue is made of stone. The villa consists of four apartments, but the house is rented as a whole with a garden and swimming pool and can accommodate up to 15 people.

One apartment is spread over two floors: in the lower are the living room / kitchen / dining room, dressing room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, while the upper floor is gallery with two double beds and a bathroom. The other three apartments have a small kitchen, living / dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a sofa or armchair as an extra bed to pull out.

Maybe from the outside it looks cool and modern made from concrete in combination with glass, but the inside is a little museum: everywhere are pictures of modern art techniques and themes, colorful wall colors, different designs of curtains, bed linen and tablecloths, painted walls of bathrooms...
