This beautifully furnished holiday home for up to 10 people is located in a quiet part of the popular holiday resort of Novi Vinodolski. The homeowner attaches great importance to the quality of what is available in the house. There is a 29 m² heated swimming pool on the property. The large furnished terrace with grill and the loungers by the pool . Note: One pet up to 5 kg is allowed.
The 245 m² living space of the villa is spread over 2 floors.
Ground floor
The ground floor with access to the terrace with jacuzzi consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of 1 bedroom, 1 separate toilet, a cozy living room and a very well-equipped kitchen with dining area. From this floor you have access to the pool area and the terrace with barbecue.

As an extra there is a small stone house which is located on the same property. This room is intended as a lounge and is ideal for spending quality time with your loved one.
All 4 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
Special benefits for guests include a free parasailing ride organized by the owner in Novi Vinodolski during the summer months (June 15 – September 15).
