Not far from the sea, beautiful beaches of Crikvenica and the city center, but in a quiet location!

The villa consists of a unique outdoor space, wellness area and indoor space, which consists of ground floor, mezzanine and first floor.

Without a doubt, the heart of this exclusive holiday villa is the 40 m2 outdoor pool. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table. Next to the terrace with a dining table, there is an open living room with deck chairs, a whirlpool covered with a canopy, and right next to it the entrance to the wellness area (sauna with outdoor shower and toilet).
From the pool, as well as from the whirlpool and from the terrace, there is a beautiful sea view.
Two additional terraces are located behind the house and on the side. Upstairs you have a balcony which is accessible from the bedrooms.

The interior of the villa is divided as follows:

- The ground floor consists of a modern and luxuriously furnished living room of 65 m2 with an open kitchen. From the living room / kitchen there is an exit to the terrace and pool.
- Only a few steps lead to the cemetery where there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), with private bathroom and terrace and a separate toilet.
- On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm) and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms have access to the balcony of the villa which offers the Kvarner Bay and the two islands of Krk and Cres.
