The house is furnished and fully equipped for your comfort. Where we can accomadate 6 people. It's perfect for friends and family. In our beautiful sunny patio you can enjoy the fresh air as well as our finnish sauna and immersion bath even at winter time. Your body and soul will recharge in this relaxing environment, here you can trully forget about the every day problems of life. The house is equipped with air conditioning, wich will cool you down in summer and warm you up at winter. There are lots of activities wich you can enjoy apart from Lake Balaton, the place is perfect for a romantic weekend.

The 50 square meter house holds 2 bedrooms an open kitchen, Living room and a bathroom. The house also holds a 25 square meter patio, a sauna with an immersion bath as well as private parking. The house is fully equipped.
LIVING ROOM
The Living room is equipped with a sofa witch can be converted into a duble bed, that can accomadate two people. The stylish bathroom with a large mirror, and a state of the art shower will blow you away.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is also fully equipped, its got a large fridge, a washer/dryer, a cooker and a stove, coffe machine and a microwave.
BATHROOM

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms got a duble bed as well as storage space and with fee wifi you can also work from here with ease.
SAUNA
After a dip in the tub, sauna users can relax on the sun loungers.

And you can enjoy the barbecue space in the garden witch is covered with beautiful lawn.
KIDS' CORNER
Families visiting with children will have a cot available, and also books and toys, pedal ride on, and a large flat screen tv if the weather is not too kind.

Houserules

The host will greet you but won’t be staying during your holiday.
The house can only be rented for the minimum of free nights.
If we don’t have any customers before your arrival or after the check in and check out time can vary.
The rental fee includes towels and beddings, free wifi, air conditioning, sauna, free parking for one car.
We ask everybody to be prudent and descreet especially at night time.
The house is not suitable for parties.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises, please dont light candles, we are providing battery driving candles.
Please dont flush down any left over food or wet vipes in the toilet, nor the sink.

The house and the garden can only be use by the guests.
If any damage wich is over the security fee is fully paid by the tanent.
Ripped, stained or visibly damaged furnitures are not repaired they are changed.
If the caused damaged is resulting in lost business, the tanent is required to compansate the owner.
