Not far from the sea, but in a quiet location is this 2019 newly renovated holiday home that is suitable for up to 9 people. Very nicely furnished house is divided into three floors, ground floor, first floor and attic.

Ground floor:
The ground floor consists of a "master bedroom" with its own living room, a private bathroom, a private entrance and a private terrace. The bedroom is air conditioned and has SAT / TV.

Next to it there is a wellness area equipped with whirlpool, satellite TV and air conditioning, air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for all and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used very well as a common room. There is also satellite TV and darts.

The washing machine and dryer are free, and the terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seats and a barbecue.

1st floor:
On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen in the same room. This large room is also air conditioned and has satellite TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

From the living / dining area there is access to a beautiful 25 m2 balcony with a very nice sea view. This balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, partially covered and has an awning.

Attic:
The space consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a small living room with a Play Station 4 and satellite TV. This area is also air conditioned.

Exterior:
The area around the house is quiet and surrounded by nature.
The outdoor area consists of a beautiful, covered balcony overlooking the sea, a terrace with direct access to the whirlpool and a cozy 50 m2 pool with sun loungers, a trampoline and a small playground with swings.
The large pool is about 10 meters from the house, on the side land that belongs to the house.

There are 5 private parking spaces available. 2 bicycles can be used free of charge.
