Beautiful villa for a wonderful vacation in a prestigious residential area near Novi Vinodolski, more precisely Smokvica Krmpotska (Croatia).
The villa is rented as a whole, but consists of three separate apartments. So several families can rent a house and still have the necessary privacy for a relaxing holiday.

Apartment 1:
Two-day apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private entrance.
The ground floor has a living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms have a balcony and sea view.

Apartment 2:
The second apartment has a separate entrance at the back of the house. This apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a balcony.

Apartment 3:
This apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of two bedrooms, a living / dining room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second a bunk bed. The living room opens onto the balcony of the apartment overlooking the sea.

Exterior:
Here is a very pleasant, covered terrace overlooking the sea and overlooking the pool.
The villa has 3 air conditioners, each apartment has one.
For friendly barbecues there is a gas grill on the property.
There are 4 parking spaces.

The dream pool, right next to the crystal clear sea, will undoubtedly ensure an unforgettable stay!
