    "Cím: Jó adottságok, de elfogadhatatlan tájékoztatás és vendégkezelés Bár a szálloda egyéb szolgáltatásaival nem lett volna gond, a pihenésünket teljesen tönkretette, hogy ott-tartózkodásunk alatt egy úszótábor is zajlott a hotelben. Súlyos hibának tartom, hogy erről előre nem kaptunk értesítést. Egy wellness hétvégének a nyugalomról kellene szólnia, nem a zsúfolt és zajos medencékről. Különösen csalódást keltő volt a recepció hozzáállása: a panaszunkra érdemi megoldás vagy kompenzáció helyett csak elutasítást kaptunk. Sajnos így nem tudjuk jó szívvel ajánlani a helyet."
