"Velmi příjemný, čistý hotel. Jeho poloha je výborná pro výlety do okolí: Priessnitzovy lázně, Lesní bar, Dlouhé stráně, Praděd, Stezka v oblacích... V recepci nám vyšli ve všem vstříc, v restauraci je nepřehledný, nevysvětlený způsob stravování. Dva dny jsme večeřeli s lázeňskými hosty ve vydýchané uzavřené jídelně, než jsme se od jiných hostů dozvěděli, že máme jiné jídlo v restauraci. Dojem z příjemného pobytu nám to ale nepokazilo."
