Willa Granit Krościenko nad Dunajcem

All our rooms, family studios (for four and five people) and apartments are with bathrooms and are overlooking the mountains and are equipped with new Japanese TV sets, with terraces and balconies (where one can relax on comfortable sun loungers).

The entire facility has free access to wireless internet.
In the spacious garden there is a small playground for children, tree-lined lawns for relaxing outdoors, and a barbecue area surrounded by comfortable benches.

We provide free parking in the garden next to the house.
Additionally, we offer the possibility of leaving the car in our parking lot free of charge:
- already in the morning hours on the day of arrival,
- until the evening of departure.
Electric car owners can recharge their batteries in our parking lot.

The price of the accommodation already includes a breakfast (including on request hot dishes - sausages, scrambled eggs), which can also be eaten at the tables on the spacious sunny terrace, decorated from spring to autumn with numerous flowers.
It is also possible to serve breakfasts already prepared individually for each guest.

Our guests have 24 hours a day access to a large room , where they can make hot drinks (we provide coffee and over 20 types of tea free of charge), listen to music while sitting in comfortable armchairs, read, and children will find there table games, crayons and books.

In order to ensure our guests safety related to the Covid-19 epidemic, we strictly apply the current guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the Chief Sanitary Inspector.
To adapt to the current reality, we have impemented special rules and procedures for stays at Willa Granit.
We use special disinfection procedures for our staff and for the premises.
Pre-ordered breakfasts can be delivered to the room at an agreed time, but if eaten in the dining room or on the terrace, the tables are kept at a safe distance.

The intimate size of the facility (only 12 large rooms) and location in the middle of a large garden additionally increase the safety of our guests.

In the interests of the comfort and health of our guests, last year we installed an ecological boiler room with a computer-controlled pellet stove, and water is supplied from our own soil well.

Our villa is located a few hundred meters from the center, where are 3 restaurants (with reasonable prices), 2 pizzerias, 3 pastry shops, ice cream parlors, several bars offering cheap hot meals and large grocery stores open until 22.
At the main exit from our garden is the starting point of the most important routes of the Pieniny National Park.

Villa Granit has been a family-run business for over 80 years.
It was built in 1937 by the daughter of Zygmunt Dziewolski, Michalina (1884–1967), the heiress of the Krościenko estate (including the Pieniny mountains), and her husband, engineer Władysław Grotowski (1884–1965).
The facility is run now by their grandson .

The walls of the dining room are decorated with unique photos of the Pieniny mountains by the world-famous artist-photographer Edward Hartwig and the famous Krakow photographer from the beginning of the 20th century. Awit Szubert - the first photographer of the Pieniny mountains, who took many of our family portraits in his atelier in Krakow (today you can see them in the hall of our villa and at the exhibition dedicated to the Dziewolski family at the Pieniny National Park Museum).

A stay at a historic house is therefore an additional attraction for guests.
