The property consists of two independent buildings – the Villa Pod Jeleńcem and the House Pod Jeleńcem, which can be rented together or separately, depending on the number of guests.

Villa Pod Jeleńcem is a spacious, three-storey building suitable for larger groups. The ground floor features a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small library with books and board games. The first floor includes a covered veranda serving as an entrance area and storage for footwear and outdoor equipment, three en-suite rooms (two triple rooms and one double room), and a separate drying room for clothing and gear. The top floor offers three additional en-suite rooms: one double, one triple, and one quadruple room. Rooms offer views of the mountains, the garden, or the surrounding nature.

House Pod Jeleńcem is a comfortable holiday house of approximately 110 m², with a private entrance and parking. It includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has two sofa beds that can be used as additional sleeping places. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults.
