"Na plus w tym obiekcie napewno jest cena oraz lokalizacja w cichej okolicy, do dyspozycji jest dość spore podwórko z którego zawsze można skorzystać. Właścicielka jest naprawdę miłą osobą i jest z nią dobry kontakt. Na plus również jest opcja mini sejfu na klucz dzięki czemu możemy zameldować się i wymeldować w którym momencie chcemy. Ogólnie pokoje nie są złe jednak to co jest na zdjęciach odbiega od rzeczywistości głównie przez to że na zdjęciach są dodatki typu kwiaty, dywany i poduszki co sprawia że otoczenie jest przyjemniejsze. Czytając poprzednie opinie nastawiłam się na czystość jednak po wejściu do apartamentu mocno się zszokowałam chodzącymi mrówkami po podłogach oraz szafkach, naczyń było mało i wszystkie były z innych kompletów, a dodatkowo były przybrudzone po poprzednich lokatorach, lodówka również nie wyczyszczona. Co do łazienki to również pozostawia ona wiele do życzenia kafelki (głównie fugi) mocno zabrudzone na plus kontakty w łazience, pralka oraz szafka i miejsce do przechowania kosmetyków."
