Welcome to our comfortable detached single-family house in Kołobrzeg. We guarantee homely atmosphere in this serene neighbourhood. You arrive at the beach within a 15-20-minute walk along a scenic path in the middle of plenty of greenery. The beach here is wide and less crowded than anywhere else, so you will always find a spot to relax and catch some sun since the western guarded beach guarantees a spot at any time of the day.

Rooms available are for 2, 3, and 4 guests, all with bathrooms and comfortable double beds. The prices begin from PLN 35 - PLN 40 per person per night. Outside, there is an amazing garden to relax or have a barbecue. For our guests the car park is free and available at all times. Call us and find out all about our offer.

In our facility you will find comfortable rooms of various sizes and at affordable prices. For guests expecting high standard, we have prepared six double, triple and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms, all comfortably arranged. Three rooms come with kitchenettes where you will have a fridge, a small electric stovetop, a sink and other kitchen utilities. In each room there is also a TV, a fridge, a cordless kettle, and beach equipment. On every floor, there is a microwave oven available for all guests. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout the entire facility.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you will have garden furniture, a playground and a barbecue with facilities. The recreational and leisure areas are separated by a high hedge. In the garden, we have arranged a wooden pergola where you can have a barbecue evening. There are 2 car parks in our facility: one in front of the villa and the other behind the house and gated. Both are free of charge.

Within 100 m from the house, there are fields to play volleyball, basketball or football, as well as a vast playground. In the neighbourhood, you will find a Netto market, a Polo Market deli, a petrol station, a bowling alley, restaurants, diners and Grill House - the most delicious grilled food in the area. We also recommend to visit "Ryba z ikrą" (Fish with Ikra) restaurant near our house. In May 2018 the place was visited by chef Magda Gessler and her reality series "Kuchenne rewolucje".
