"Már az érkezés sem volt egyszerű, ugyan is senkit nem találtunk. Kb.fél óra várakozás után megláttunk egy telefon számot, a recepciónak nem nevezhető pulton. Telefonáltunk, majd előkerült egy hölgy a szemközti üzletből, meg mondta a szoba számokat, és elment. 5 főre rendeltünk 2 szobát. A visszaigazolásban az egyik szoba 3 ágyas, erkéllyel és saját fürdőszobával szerepelt, de meglepetésünkre, sem erkély, sem saját fürdőszoba nem volt benne, a folyosó végére kellett menni. Próbáltuk elmagyarázni, hogy mi nem ezt rendeltünk, cseréljék ki, mire a hölgy felhívott valakit, /gondolom a tulajt/és közölte hogy nem lehet cserélni. Ekkor felhívtam a szállás. hu. - t, kértem a hölgyet hogy próbáljon meg segíteni, de annyit mondott hogy valóban a rendelésünkben erkélyes, saját fürdőszobás szoba szerepel, de sajnos ő nem tud segíteni, azt a helyszínen intézzük. Igen, de kivel? A bolt bezárt, a kis hölgy aki megmondta a szoba számot, haza ment. Mivel húsvét volt, így ki sem nyitott 2 napig. Haza utazáskor vártuk, hátha a tulaj megjelenik, de jött 2 takarítónő, és mondták hogy nekik kell fizetnünk. Mi kifizettük, és azt hiszem itt be is fejeztük a szállás. hu-val való utazást."
